We take as much care shipping an artwork as the artist took making it. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Orders are typically packaged and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Larger or custom-framed pieces may take a little longer — we'll always email you with an estimated timeline.
Every artwork is wrapped in acid-free tissue, cushioned, and boxed or crated according to its size and medium, with fragile/this-way-up markings clearly applied. Larger works are custom-crated for extra protection in transit.
Local deliveries around Ile-Ife are typically fulfilled within 2–4 business days via our own courier partners, with tracking details shared once your piece is on its way.
For deliveries elsewhere in Nigeria, we work with trusted logistics partners; delivery generally takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. As noted at checkout, your preferred shipping channel is confirmed with you after purchase and billed separately.
We ship internationally on request. Because rates and timelines vary significantly by destination, size and value, please contact us before checkout (or use the "Price on Request" enquiry on the artwork) so we can confirm a shipping quote and estimated delivery window — typically 1–3 weeks depending on customs processing in your country.
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
Once your artwork ships, we'll send a confirmation with tracking information where available. You can also check the status of an order any time from My Account.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for what happens next.
